DEMAND SURCHARGE
Together we our international partners we are doing everything possible to ensure that all important packages and documents are delivered worldwide, even during the busiest time of the year. Unfortunately, this entails additional costs. Therefore, starting September 28, 2025, we will implement a Demand Surcharge. This is a surcharge on shipping rates intended to cover the extra costs incurred during the peak period.
The Demand Surcharge will be applied as an additional charge on shipping rates and will be calculated per billable weight (rounded up to whole kilograms). The Demand Surcharge is subject to fuel surcharges. The Demand Surcharge rates are as follows:
